Make A Payment

Making A Payment

In order to help provide owners additional payment options, Vines Management is offering owners the opportunity to make payments by credit card. Vines Management has teamed up with PayLease Inc. to streamline payments. Through the PayLease portal, you will now be able to pay your HOA Dues, fees, and other charges via credit card. Payments can be made via the web at, or by phone at (866) 729-5327.

Payment Methods

When paying by credit card, please note that service charges will be applied as shown in the amounts below.

  • Discover (3% Service Charge)
  • Master Card (3% Service Charge)
  • Visa (3% Service Charge)
  • American Express (4% Service Charge)

How Do I Sign Up?

In order to sign up, please click on the “Pay Now.” This link will redirect you to, where It will ask you to enter in the address for which you are making payments for – and will then link you to that property in the system. Note: You will also want to include your unit number in the corresponding field. Once you are logged in, select ‘Make Payment’ to make a payment.

Please note that prior to making a payment, the association that your unit belongs to must be signed up with Paylease in order to allow the acceptance of credit cards.

How Does PayLease Work?

Once you are a member of PayLease, you can go to and make payments to your corresponding association by credit card. Standard processing will take approximately 2-3 business days to process. Vines Management is then notified of your payment initiation date and time. Please note that business days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

If you are unable to access the web or prefer to speak with a live agent, you may call (866) 729-5327 and a customer service representative can register you.
